He advised to the north side of Grafton <br /> Pocnett Road there is a cranberry bog that is unique. 1n <br /> his process, they have not attempted to open it, he works in <br /> mosquito control . He is not representing them tonight. <br /> There is a pipe in a canal that comes down under there and <br /> there should be prevision so that the options remain so that <br /> when he creates his road, he provides options. It is like <br /> walking on a water bed; it ties into that entire area. The <br /> Spring piece is what it was called when it was originally <br /> built; water duality should be protected. <br /> Card. Monget, President of Orenda. Wildlife Trust, advised they <br /> own about 80 acres connected in here with the Makepeace <br /> property. Mr, Liven presenting, <br /> The dock has been there since 1974 and received Interim <br /> approval from Chapter 91. He would now like to get a 99 year <br /> license under the amnesty program. There is no change in <br /> construction, no work done or change in size. 1t is agreed <br /> if it is damaged, he would put in pilings of a larger <br /> diameter. Shellfish has no problem with the pier; a letter <br /> from the Shellfish warden was read into the record. <br /> Ir. Niven will contact the Commission if any work is to be <br /> done. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> NOTE* lotion made and seconded to close the hearing upon <br /> receipt of DFP number and comments. <br /> Mr. Niven stated John Johansen was wonderful and did a <br /> terrific job of assisting hire with this filing. <br /> TO BE CLOSED. <br /> BURTON LIEBMAN for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the construction of a 4' x 20f addition to an existing <br /> dwelling at So summersea Road.
