AT THE <br /> REQUEST OF THE APPLI CANT. <br /> 8:20 KATHRYN SOM IERS, 30 sand Dollar Lane, continued from <br /> January 19. This hearing 's under Regulation 29 and 30 of the <br /> Mashpee Code. <br /> Detailed plans were presented by Mr. & Mrs, Sommers. There <br /> are currently three bedrooms and this will not change. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment <br /> for SE 43-1201 and close the hearing. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 8:30 DOMINIC SA ACEHO to license an existing seasonal pier <br /> and 130 L.F. stone revetment at 42 Spoondrift Way, to <br /> coincide with Chapter 91 filing. <br /> The Agent advised he discovered a failure behind the wall in <br /> many places. If the Commission issues, there will be a <br /> condition that no repair is authorized. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated when he reviewed the file, there were <br /> many items missing, including notification to some abutters. <br /> Chris costa requested a continuance. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to <br /> March 2, 1995 at 8 : 20 p. . <br /> CONTINUE O �MARCH 2, 1995 AT 8:20 P.M. AT THE REQUEST OF THE <br /> APPLICANT, <br /> 8:40 JEFFREY 1HEH to conduct landscape work in the buffer <br /> zone and plantings on an eroding coastal bank at 128 Shore <br /> Drive West. Mary LeBlanc presenting. The narrative includes <br /> three areas: 1. The Coastal bank itself which is a very steep <br /> eroding bank with no vegetation on it. It will b <br /> immediately stabilized with dune grass and erosion control <br /> netting. Also, beach plum will be planted. <br /> 2. The first 50 feet from the top of the coastal bank will be <br /> left untouched* It is vegetated with grasses, weeds and <br /> bayberry. In one ware section, they will put sweet fern. <br /> This lot has an existing dirt road parallel to the top of the <br /> bank. They would like to keep this open from the pool area. <br /> All the owners may want to propose a community staircase. <br /> The path is to ]peep people off the rest of the vegetation and <br /> will be three feet gide. <br /> Mr. Homeer would rather see the path four feet wide <br /> Ms Leblanc agreed. <br />
