He signed the access to property form.
Public comments: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing pending
DEP number and comments and the Attestation of
Ownership form.
CLOSED PENDING.
9:20 TEDI C. MARSH to construct a single family dwelling
with septic system at 77 Lighthouse Lane. Mr. Hunter stated, in light of the
change, he could not do that. Mrs. Ferriday stated the
Commission frowns on the submission of plans on the night of
the hearing. Mr. Hunter stated he is between the Commission
and the applicant. He was told, if it happens again, the
Commission will not hear him.
Mr. Hunter advised the difference is there will be a one car
garage extending out 10 feet from the building. Everything
is done by computer, as well as survey. There is one stake.
He agreed to stake out corners of the building. Mr.
Hunter has not addressed drywells and downspouts. Mr.
Sherman stated a french drain would do; it is not very steep.
Mr. Hunter stated they would go with drywells at every
downspout.
Mr. Desrosiers asked if this comes under the nutrient loading
regulation and was told the leaching is out.
Mr. Johansen listed the missing items: DEP number, Access to
Property Form and Assessors Map.
