Ms Fitzgibbons advised drywells will be put in. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> PENINSULA COUNCIL of NEW SEABURY, to re rade and spread <br /> sand on an eroded beach; construction of stone retaining wall <br /> and wooden beach retainer; and reve etation of peripheral <br /> sides of the beach at 4 Fells Pond Circle. John Fitzsimmons <br /> stepped down as he was representing the village committee. <br /> Abutter notification was provided. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons advised this is a reserve area used as a <br /> beach. There has been no work done for several years and it <br /> has eroded and vegetation has been taken away. <br /> The beach will be regraded and sand put in behind the small <br /> timber barrier. A rock retaining wall will be put in with <br /> more plantings behind. They would like to do this next <br /> month. Where will be berms so that water will not run down <br /> to the beach in a severe storm. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the plan was worked out after several <br /> visits and has been dome to meet all performance standards. <br /> It will be an improvement in wildlife habitat. It is all <br /> buffer zone and is abore Mean High Water. <br /> Mr. Green asked how the work will be done? Kevin Kirrane presenting with Robert Gray <br /> of Sabatia, Wayne Tavares and Mr, Talanian. <br /> Mr, Rosenberg asked them to run through the history of the <br /> project as it has been before the Commission on a number of <br /> occasions. <br /> Mr. Kirrrane advised the site has been the subject matter o <br /> two precious orders of Conditions, one for a dwelling in <br /> 1986 , This is a new owner., A paved road ends and there is <br /> drive that serves Lot 10, where -there is a dwelling. There <br /> is a septic installed on Lot 8 that is existing today. Waste <br /> will have to be pumped to the top of the site. They have <br /> provided a detailed wildlife assessment with this proposal <br /> and Mr, Tavares has done an ambitious landscape plan, They <br /> are suggesting the proposal as shown meets performance <br />
