30 May 1996
Page 15.
Public comments: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending the Agent's checking with the
Board of Health for their approval. Unanimous Vote.
CLOSED PENDING.
At 9:45 p.m. a poll was taken to see whether the Commission wished to go into Executive
Session to discuss pending litigation.
AYE: Elliot Rosenberg; David Sharpe; John Johansen; Ralph Shaw; Harry Desrosiers;
George Green, Jr.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go into Executive Session to discuss pending
litigation. Unanimous Vote.
FITZSDXVIONS: I do not see whey we should take any action with him.
GREEN: Do we have a filing before us?
SHERMAN: No, not at this time. (He brought the Commission up to date on
conversations with Town Counsel)
JOHANSEN: I got a call from Jessica Laue who wanted me to meet with her, her
husband and Dan Homeyer this Sunday at their home. I told her I had an engagement and
I went down and talked to Robert Whritenour. I returned the call and talked with Mr.
Laue and told him I would bring the subject up tonight and get back to them. He wanted
to know if I knew anything about the case and I stated yes. He started running down the
Commission. Mr. Whritenour offered my services to them. I told them I would get back to
them.
GREEN: I do not think John should help them. If they are going to come in and do a
filing, they should go exactly through channels as any other person. It should happen in
the office and no one should risk going to their home.
JOHANSEN: Also, even when I help in the office, I have to refer to Bob, Diana and
Kathy; they want to restrict Bob and Kathy.
FTTZSD.4MONS: Have them hire an engineering firm to do a Notice of Intent.
DESROSIERS: You are a volunteer and should not be volunteered by Bob Whritenour.
