CLOSED PENDING. 8:30 GEORGE W. SKOGSTROM JR. to construct and, maintain retaining walls and stairs; repair and maint r existing retammm�g warms; construction of a shed; removal of trees; and to do vista pruning, with maintenance in perpetuity at 157 Tim erlane Drive. Mr. S ogstrom presenting. Mr. Sherman stated he net on the property with Mr. S ogstrom. There is an arborist report and the standard protocol will apply. Mr. S ogstrom is aware that there will he a meeting between someone from the Commission and whomever is doing the pruning prior to the start of work. 'There were existing walls neeting repair in the same footprint. Mr. Skogstrom advised the shed is underneath an existing deck. It is above retaining wall and will not affect water flow. Trees proposed for removal are shown with an X inside a circle. Mr. Sharpe asked if some were 14 feet from the pond. Mr. S ogstrom stated they were. The inside of some of trees are gone, eaten by ants and other trees have been damaged.. Nk. Sherman stated all of these are subject to an on-site. It does not mean that every tree marled will be allowed to be taken down. Each one will have to he tagged before removal. Mr. S ogstrom provided abutter notification and will call DEP for a number. Mr. l e rosiers commented on the height of the retaining walls. . It was noted they are over 5 feet but are pre-existing. Mr. Sogstrarn advised that around the driveway he is going to complete a walI that was started that is below feet. Public comments: Jim Walsh asked how this petition could be predicated on a plot plan that was originally for the hone? He would hke to know the diameter and asked for a revegetation plan. He questioned the Commission accepting a plan without a stamp.
