They are <br /> a blow-up of a stamped plan. Mr. Sherman stated it does not have to be a <br /> stamped plan for this purpose. <br /> Mr. Sherman state it is subject to an on-site, if Miurious it would not go <br /> forward. if there is no reason the tees should cone down, it will not be <br /> permitted. <br /> Alan bath asked if this is waterfront property? He was told it is. He asked <br /> the size of the shed and wall and where located. Mr. Skogstrom stated it is 14' <br /> 16' and will be against the house beneath the existing deck. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if Ellis .Allen specifically indicated the trees to come <br /> down; Mr. Sherman stated those are general guidelines. He will go out in the <br /> field and actually mark those that can cone down. They propose to re-roof the boat house. A <br /> building permit was filed prior to the deadline so the Rivers Act sloes not <br /> apply. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked the size of the lot and was told it is 1.5 acres. The <br /> nutrient loading is 4.89 ppm. <br /> Ms F rappier stated they will either move or take down the cottage; it would be <br /> moved outside of the buffer zone. <br />
