This can be <br /> conditioned. <br /> Ms Frappier stated there wiU be drywells for roof drayage and the boat douse <br /> will remain, as well as the path to it. The existing septic is a tiro-holey which <br /> has been abandoned. <br /> Mr. Green stated there must be a decision whether they are going to move the <br /> building or demolish it. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if the building is going to be moved, it will be subject to <br /> specific approval as to methodology. Ms Frappier stated dismanteling it <br /> would be the only way to do it. <br /> Mr. Green thought this should be on the plan if the Commission is going to <br /> approve it. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated details of plantings wiU be required. He pointed out no <br /> plants have been submitted to the Board of Health. Ms Frappier stated it i <br /> out of the Commission's jurisdiction. Mr. Sherman stated a portion is in. <br /> Public comments: John Bail, an abutter, stated he was in favor of the project. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP and Board <br /> of Health approval, and approval of specific conditions on moving of <br /> the shed with methodology and route and revegetation. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSE PENDING. <br /> RUSSELL J. BARRNETT, 48, 60 & 69 Crescent Board, continued from <br /> 17 October 1996. Dave Sanicki presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended issuing a Positive Determination pending his <br /> verifying revised plans. <br /> Public comments: Alan Bath stated there is a beach area which is not <br /> delineated and the BVW stops and starts to allow the beach. <br /> Cllr. Sherman stated it is a scaled plan so specific pensions are not needed. <br /> A beach is defined by the presence or absence of vegetation; he did not find <br /> any. <br />
