Update on Waterways Improvement Plan and Dredaing Permits <br /> Mr. Hanks announced that ACI has taken the existing model,converted the grids to a <br /> new format, added tide data and run the new model. The have modified the new system to <br /> oUtp ut flushing rates, calibrated the new system versus the old, and are prepared to refine the <br /> Mashpee River grid to give us better accuracy before running the scenarios. The effort is taking <br /> longer than anticipated, but that does not affect the cost to the Town of Mashpee.
