Dave San c i <br /> presenting. <br /> Cllr. Sherman asked if the number of barons was changing? They are not. <br /> He asked that language to that effect be added somewhere and architectural <br /> plans provided. It is in the flood zone. Mr. S anis .i stated there is no proposal <br /> to add a bedroom Mr. Sherman suggested he get a letter from the Cape Cod <br /> Commission that the ground grater flow is to the sound and then the number <br /> of bedrooms would not be an issue. <br /> Mr. Sank] i stated they are only changing a portion into a family groom. <br /> Public comments-. None. <br /> 'COTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the heating to 20 March <br /> 1997 at 7:30 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED O 20 MARCH 1997 AT 7:30 P.M. <br /> Annual report: Distributed for review. <br /> Self-Delp Forms: Signatures required for state forms. <br /> M shpee/v ehy: Memo to the Executive Secretary to advise the <br /> limitations on what assistance can be provided on water levels. <br /> Rare Species: State list of rare species distributed. <br /> "Bikes & Das": person is proposing to rent bikes and boats and have <br /> self-guided tours with aoces from Conservation land. Mr. Sherman stated if <br /> used for profit, they will need a lease arrangement and a vote of the <br /> legislature. Mr. Rosenberg is reviewing this. A letter will be sera to inform <br /> them of the lease arrangement. <br />
