Mr. Schofield <br /> would like to now have it heated. There is a question whether the area above <br /> the garage could then be considered a bedroom. There is a two bedroom <br /> situation there now and if three, it would he over the allowed number. The <br /> building inspector stated he will have an architectural plan showing no door. <br /> It is to he a work area but it could be converted into a bedroom, if heated. <br /> The Agent felt the Commission should at least make him ale a new RDA and <br /> indicate it will not be living space. At least it would be on paper. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated a Notice of Intent should be required. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked, if he signs off on a letter, like in the Mulvey situation, <br /> could it he an RDA.. Mr. Rosenberg stated no, if it was a Fast system it could <br /> be an RDA. Mr. Sherman asked if the Commission wanted him to not sign off <br /> on the building permit? He could not start on the shell. They agreed he <br /> should not. <br /> Mar. Sherman stated he could build the garage but would have to pun another <br /> permit if heated and if the Building Inspection wiR flag it that when he cones <br /> in for any heat, the Commission will he notified, would that suffice? <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the Building Inspector would allow the permit with an <br /> "unheatedgarage"? If no, thea he will need a Notice of Intent. If it says <br /> unheated, he can buiM it. <br />
