12 June 1997 <br /> 'age 9. <br /> Abutter receipts were prodded. <br /> �. Sherman stated there is a velocity zone in this area. Ms filler stated the entire site is <br /> in. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked what was imposed for the patio? Ills mer stated it will be blue <br /> stone with open joints. Rosenberg asked how close the buildirg comes at the closest <br /> point`? As Miller stated it matches the footprint there now. <br /> 1r. Sherman advised Board of Health reported no plans had been submitted# The only <br /> other issue is a hot tub placed in front that is not legal. He was told this was put in by the <br /> person Sherman stated it will have to be penxtitted or removed. The Corar ission <br /> could not close tonight with other pests pending. He asked if there would be any <br /> objection to a condition that the patio be open jointed and pervious? There was none. <br /> Ir. Green asked how the buildings will be removed? 1r. Sherman Mated that has been <br /> conditioned on other projects. with the grade, �&. Green would want more protection, at <br /> least silt screens. He suggested puffing back the footprint. <br /> A&. Sherman suggested making the patio pervious and establishing a very narrow vegetated <br /> berm at the top of the hank. Ns Miller stated that would not be a problem. <br /> Rosenberg was concerned with traffic over the bank. <br /> Atty. Carter asked for eon lents concenidng a basement? k1r. Sherman stated that is <br /> building code and suggested he talk with Bill Hauck. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they might want to continue to get revised plan It was noted they are <br /> going before Board of Appeals on July 2 . <br /> Public comments: <br /> An abutter, Jacob Sham mash, stated there is a footprint with the house and sauna but the <br /> footprint of the shed should not determine the proximity of the main structure to be that <br /> close to the water. It was not intended to be anything wed; there is no foundation. They <br /> should not be that close to the edge of the water. <br /> Atty. Carter stated a shed is a structure. It was stated the hese is no further back. <br /> Mr. S ermmn asked if drywells are proposed? He was asked if they are necessary. Ir. <br /> Rosenberg stated without a berm diem will be people waWng over the bank all the time. <br />
