explained this request to be exactly as is stated. Where being <br /> sufficient room on either side of the road; any disturbed area is <br /> to be re-seeded. <br /> M0 Io : Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion for a negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Harry Desrosiers <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:20 John West, for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> placement of haybales as shown on. Plan for 26 Russell Road, <br /> Assessors Map 120, Block 29, RDA. <br /> Mr. West introduced himself for the Record. He stated he <br /> has been the Owner of the property since 1990 . He reported a. <br /> sandbar on Little River that appears to have been created by <br /> Russell Road. He proposed placing haybales across the road in an <br /> attempt to halt further erosion, as well as attempting to grow <br /> grass. He further informed the commission that permission has <br /> been obtained from Mrs. Betty Spoar who owns the property <br /> opposite Mr. Fest. He further stated that he has placed a sign <br /> located in front of the haybales which reads, "No vehicles <br /> Allowed" in an attempt to eliminate ruts made in the road by <br /> commercial fisherman. <br /> Kathleen stated the commission could not become involved <br /> with property issues. Her only concern was whether or not the <br /> haybales were affecting the resource area in. any way. She has <br /> visited the location on a neer of occasions and reported it <br /> does appear as though the haybales are collecting some of the <br /> run-off accumulated from Russell Road. She recommended a <br /> negative determination. <br /> The Chairman asked if she would review the situation within <br /> a year' s time; to which she agreed. Kathleen suggested amending <br /> the language of the RDA to reflect this decision. Mr. west <br /> agreed to include n . . .conservation commission will monitor the <br /> situation and may require removal . . % " <br /> MOTION,;- John Johansen made a Motion for a Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and <br /> o voted unanimously. <br /> 25 Maria Krizik, for Determination of Applicability on a <br /> request to relocate a shed and add an apron as per Plan at 17 <br /> Cedar Street, Assessors Map 77, Block 37, RDA. <br /> There was no one present to represent Ms. Kri ik. Kathleen <br /> stated that Ms . Krizik has relocated a shed to accommodate work <br /> recently approved for a pooh. . Ms. Krizik has paid the fees. <br /> Kathleen reported the shed is not in violation of set backs; <br /> the apron consists of three two by fours. <br /> - - <br />
