George Green requested the Chairman <br /> proceed no further with this matter if abutters have not been <br /> properly notified. Elliot Rosenberg reminded the Commission of <br /> notification received from Mr. Coleman an July 10, 1997, t <br /> withdraw his Application without prejudice, to be rescheduled at <br /> a future date, due to a family emergency. The natter was <br /> continued to this date per agreement with Mr. Sweetzer, <br /> For the Record, Mr. Walsh, 89 Pond Circle, expressed his <br /> dismay with this situation. <br /> -MOTMarry Desrosiers made a Motion to Deny without <br /> Prejudice; which Motion was seconded by George Green and so coed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Constance sally, for a Determination of Applicability <br /> on a proposed storage shed 12 , by 16 , and two proposed deck <br /> expansions, one 1 , x lo , and one 81 x 81 at 387 Monooscoy Road, <br /> Assessors Map 125, Block 3, RDA. - <br /> Mr. Coleman, representing Mrs.. Lally. Kathleen explained <br /> this to be a flood zone issue. She and the Agent have suggested <br /> Mr. Coleman amend his original plan by moving the deck project <br /> array from the resource area; he has paid violation fees connected <br /> with construction of the storage shed. The Commissioners <br /> requested the plan be amended to indicate the use of sonotubes as <br /> it relates to the smaller deck/connection to the existing deck; <br /> and area to remain in its natural state. This information was <br /> indicated on the plan, initialled and dated. The Attestation of <br /> ownership and copy of RDA is required. Kathleen requested Mr. <br /> Coleman add, "without application. " <br /> MOTION; I Harry esrosiers made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination, subject to amended Plan which has been signed and <br /> dated this date, and receipt of Attestation of ownership: which <br /> Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and so voted unanimously. <br /> : o Jean and Paul Sertoli, to construct a two-car garage, <br /> stone driveway, removal of nuisance vegetation and selective <br /> vista pruning, with a request for maintenance in perpetuity, a <br /> 127 Popponesset Island Road, Assessors Map 112, Block 18, NOI . <br /> Mrs. Sertoli and her brother-in-law proposed designs for a <br /> pre-existing circular driveway and a two-car garage. They also <br /> requested permission to remove poison ivy and weeds from the <br /> property. <br /> Kathleen reported there were no issues of concern with <br /> regard to the driveway /garage. The request for removal of twelve <br /> feet of weeds/poison ivy is beyond the customary approval of <br /> eight feet or two four foot lengths. She and the Agent feel that <br /> with proper conditions and management plan, they could approve <br /> - - <br />
