He advised a meeting will be <br /> scheduled at New Seabury inviting individual owners. He wiR advise of the <br /> specific time. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised one change he discussed with Jim Mahala was the <br /> length of the permit. He would recommend it go on for three years and to <br /> then seed an extension to go another five years, under Chapter 172 and the <br /> Act. The Commission has the ability to make the first Order of Conditions <br /> good for five years. It could be extended for a longer period of time. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg agreed, as long as there is the agreement that with respect to <br /> the escrow fund that all the money will be put is as set by profiling and there <br /> will be enough pion y for cost escalation also. The Commission can extend for <br /> as long as possible, subject to the ...............for failure to carry through in any <br /> year to do proffling and nourishment required by it. Mr. Sherman added., and <br /> asg DEQ' to issue a Notice of Ikon-Compliance. Air. Rosenberg stated the <br /> Commission will have to see the escrow agreement and someone charged with <br /> overseeing it before any work is done. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Order will be issued for a five year period and they <br /> will be required six months before expiration slate to request an extension.
