Mr. Sanicki stated it <br /> zigzags and can slope to the center of the property. He could put a drainage <br /> catch basin in. He agreed to show a berm on the plan with a catch basin in <br /> the area. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg pointed out the low end wffl be at the garage. fir. Sanicki will <br /> pitch the last section back to a catch basin. Mr. Rosenberg asked how, the <br /> garage will be lower? It will be at 36. Mr. S a icki stated the garage slava will <br /> be at 2-12 elevation. No water will go into the garage. Elevation 36 goes <br /> through the house and coxes back out here (pointing). <br /> Mr. Green was worried about channelization. There should be mitigation for <br /> the 2000 s.f of asphalt. Mr. Desrosiers asked if calcs were done. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if they could move the house back 1 - 15 feet to the <br /> street? fix.
