Sanicki stated there was a previous plan with a house at the top of the lot just to avoid the Commission. The back 6f the house is at the tree line. Mr. Green questioned the asphalt driveway and asked if there are drywell.s for run-offs He stated there is a lot of area coverage. Mr. Sanicki stated it zigzags and can slope to the center of the property. He could put a drainage catch basin in. He agreed to show a berm on the plan with a catch basin in the area. Mr. Rosenberg pointed out the low end wffl be at the garage. fir. Sanicki will pitch the last section back to a catch basin. Mr. Rosenberg asked how, the garage will be lower? It will be at 36. Mr. S a icki stated the garage slava will be at 2-12 elevation. No water will go into the garage. Elevation 36 goes through the house and coxes back out here (pointing). Mr. Green was worried about channelization. There should be mitigation for the 2000 s.f of asphalt. Mr. Desrosiers asked if calcs were done. Mr. Rosenberg asked if they could move the house back 1 - 15 feet to the street? fix. Sanicki stated they would have a steeper driveway access. Mr. Desrosiers stated the only way is to locate the house at the beginning of the lot. It was agreed, with the drainage changes, it should be continued to allow the Commission to review the revised plan. Public comment: Richard Mart, abutter across the street, questioned whether the side lime is correct.. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 9 October 1997 at 8:80 p.m. Unanimous Note.
