S C H F I L D to construct a 4' x 9 ' timber pier, ' x 4' <br /> timber landing with ' wide stairway, ' x 1.4' timber gangway to a 8' x 24' <br /> float and to cut an access pathway at 378 1 onomoscoy Road. The applicant <br /> requested a continuance. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 23 October <br /> 1997 at 7:30 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING C LATIN D TO 2e OCTOBER 1997 AT 7:30 P.M. <br /> 8:20 NORMAN DE BARROS JIB. John Slavinsky presenting. They are extending an addition into an <br /> area that is not natural. Board of Health approved this as long as it is a <br /> dining area. Abutter notice receipts were provided. The Cross-hatched area <br /> is the deck extension. It is going into a disturbed area, extending 16 feet <br /> towards the resource. <br />
