22 January 1998 <br /> Page 8. <br /> It was stated about a year ago someone, the town, state, or a private party <br /> started clearing brush along the Childs Riper but left it there. This <br /> gentleman stated he has been pulling it out of there. 1 Ir. Sherman stated if it <br /> is Mosquito Control, they are exempt under the lave. <br /> 7:40 NNETH LITVACK, 11 Ta rail way, continued. from 4 December <br /> 1997. Michael Grotzke presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this was continued for a septic plan with a denitrification <br /> system. Top of bank and salt marsh had to be clarified on a plan also. <br /> Mr. Grote stated the plan shows the top of coastal bank and also the sad. <br /> marsh, with a revision date of 18 December 1997. <br /> Mr. Sherman will check whether the deck is legal, it may have to be <br /> incorporated into this Wig. He recommended continuing and closing at the <br /> next meeting. Dryrells will be conditioned. Also, taxes are owed. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 5 February <br /> 1998 at :35 p.m. Unanimous vote. <br /> r <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO 5 FEBRUARY 1998 AT 9.35 P.M. <br /> :50.
