HOWES to reopen the hearing to construct and maintain a <br /> timber boardwalk, pier, gangway and float in and over the tidelands of <br /> Ockway Bay at 72 Summersea Road. Mr. Doyle was not present. Karen <br /> Howes was present with her abutter, Mrs. Saliba. <br /> Mrs. Saliba advised she became privy to information on this two days ago. <br /> She has talked it over with Mrs. Howes. She has questions on erosion and <br /> would like to have a continuance to enable her to find out what her rights <br /> are. It is not her intent that they not have a dock, She has hired her awn <br /> engineer. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it was previously continued because it was filed on the <br /> wrong lot. <br /> The Commission agreed the hearing should be continued. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it appears the dock goes over three lots. <br /> Mrs. Howes agreed to continue. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue at the request of the <br /> applicant to 20 August 1998 at 8:30 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO 20 AUGUST 1988 AT 8:30 P.M. <br /> 7:50 RICHARD T. HENSHALL for the demolition of an existing dwelling <br /> and decks; construction of a new dwelling with porch and deck; installation <br /> of Title V septic system and utility services at 24 Captain's Row. Dave <br /> Sel ick—i presented plans with a or revision. He advised Diane Bvretos <br /> found quackgrass on the site which abuts a salt marsh. This was shown on <br /> the plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated an additional note, it will be conditioned no trees to be <br /> removed on the north side. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated they are going to fill the cesspool which is the only reason <br /> the work limit is there. They have no intention of taking down trees. This <br />
