Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8;00 DONALD WHITE to amend the order of Conditions for SE 434271 <br /> for a landscape wall and stairs on southwest side of house; stairs and decking <br /> around porch; and vista pruning in perpetuity at 23 Waterline Drive North. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he has seen the site; changes are minor and within the <br /> work limit, It meets the visa prug protocol. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Nation made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 8:10 DENISE M. SULLIVAN for a Determination of Applicability an a <br /> request for replacement of the septic system and installation of water service <br /> at 122 Whippoorwill Circle. <br /> N1r. Sherman advised the Board of Health turned down the original plan; <br /> they want a denitrifying system. Ms Sullivan is meeting with them. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative subject to submission <br /> of a plan for the replacement of the septic approved by the Board <br /> of Health. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 8:15 CANTERBURY BUILDERS for a Determination of Applicability as a <br /> request to construct a two bedroom house with garage and 71fle V septic <br /> system within 100' of the flood zone at 64 Manitoba Road. <br />
