23 July 1998 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this is identical to an earlier hearing. It does not border <br /> water. They signed an agreement it will be two bedroom only. He will <br /> I <br /> nspect the property within five days of completion. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked what was proposed for septic? Mr. Sherman stated it is <br /> designed for two bedrooms. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINAmION., <br /> 8:20 LUCILLE E. HUNTER for a Determination of Applicability on a <br /> request to remove front steps and replace with brick; redo cement and timber <br /> front walk with brick and stonedust; and remove asphalt driveway and <br /> replace with crushed shells at 191 Monamoscay Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised it is a landlocked lot and recommended negative. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Mr. <br /> Slavinsky advised the owner hired a landscape architect and stated he would <br /> like a deck. Mr. Slavinsky did not know it was in. This is a lot better, as fax <br /> as wildlife habitat goes, than grass with a little bit of proposed landscaping. <br /> There will only be 1300 s.f total, mostly in the front of the house. <br /> The Chair stated he would not be averse to directing IVIr. Hill to remove the <br /> deck. <br />
