20 August 1998 <br /> Page 13. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there are no performance standards under the stake. <br /> The Commission has its own standards. <br /> Mr. Brady asked how long before plans have to be submitted. Mx. Sherman <br /> stated they must be an five days prior to the hearing. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 1 October 1998 <br /> at 7:30 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO I OCTOBER 1998. <br /> 9:34 JEANNE G. SYLVESTER FOR A PROPOSED NEW LAWN AT 2 <br /> Great River Road. Horace Sylvester was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman Stated it meets lawn protocol and standard lawn conditions will <br /> be conditioned. He recommended approval. Taxes are owed. <br /> Public comment: nine. <br /> VOTE:Motion made and seconded to class pending receipt of DEP number <br /> and resolution of tomes. Unanimous Vote, <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> Asst. Conservation Agent: Concerning an upgrade of the position, the <br /> Agent advised nothing has been done as there are time-sensitive reasons for <br /> waiting. <br /> Harry Desrosiers Memorial: The Agent advised he and Mr. Green walked <br /> the Stenberg property and found a good spot for the landing. A trail has <br /> been marked. He is meeting with Commonwealth Electric to see if it is okay <br /> with them. Prices have been solicited for cutting the trail. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg advised the bench he is contributing will be ready after <br /> tomorrow, <br /> Mr. Sherman advised a rock has been selected; someone will have to be there' <br /> when it is delivered to make sure it is in the right place. The last 200' of the <br /> area is in the riverfront. <br />
