Norman Hayes provided abutter notification receipts. H <br /> advised a path cuts through a small coastal bank. There will be an access on <br /> the side. He provided a copy of the grant of easement and Conservation <br /> Restriction. The 50 foot restriction will not be altered. New seabury <br /> Companies LTD is the owner of record and they were made co-applicant in <br /> this project. Agent for h owners, Michael Grot ke, has signed the Notice. <br /> Copies of the plans were 'given to the ten members that rake up the <br /> community. <br /> They will be bringing in 2 to 5 c.y. of compatible soil to bring the bank up 1- <br /> 1/2 feet. They will plant with bayberry and ammophila. This area has been <br /> pruned over many years. Vegetation growing there now may not reach the <br /> height allowed by the Commission of 5 feet. It will have to grow before <br /> maintained. They would like to remove all dead trees. <br />
