The Chair asked how that could be ensured` Mr. Mayes <br /> advised the Conservation Restriction is explicit as to what is allowed and he, <br /> s their agent, would respond to this Board through the Order of Conditions <br /> to ensure that what is set down is followed. <br /> Mr. Green asked., as access for the members f the development t cone <br /> through, are there trails now or proposed in the future? Mr. Hayes stated <br /> Jim Vaccaro would be the one to contact. This issue went before the ARC and <br /> there was no problem there. The float on site is a 10A float through the <br /> Harbormaster.
