They will revegetate within <br /> the 100' when the well and water line is in. Within the second 100' there is <br /> 40 s. . within the work area shown on the plan. There was a tree standing <br /> just within the work limit; they have moved those stakes approximately 3 - 4 <br /> feet. 4 <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the zones were based on the bank of the river? Mr. <br /> sanicki stated that is correct. Mr. Sherman thought the contour ofthe 199 <br /> foot line should follow the contour of the bank but did not think that would <br /> affect anything. Mr. sanicki agreed to amend the plan to show that. <br /> Mr. Green asked if the location of the house is in accordance with the setback <br /> i for the development? Mr. Sa.nicki stated the house to the north is closer to <br /> the river than they are proposing. <br /> Mr. Johansen requested an attestation of ownership. He asked if Board of <br /> Health had approved` Mr. Sanicki stated they have. Mr. Sherman asked <br /> Mr. sanicki to have the Building Inspector sign off that it does net need <br /> Board of Appeals. <br /> Public comment: Al Wicket, abutter to the north, asked the distances to the <br /> septic from the wells` Mr. sanicki stated it is in excess of 159', probably 175'. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending DEP and sign off by the <br /> Building Inspector. Unanimous vote. <br /> 7:15 JAY NEEDEE to construct a four bedroom d elhng with deck and <br /> plantings, with only a portion within the buffer at 111 Amos Landing Road.. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 4 March 1999 <br /> at 7:o -p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous vote. <br /> TEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:20 JEFFREY MANN, 3 Bight Circle, continued from 21 January 1399. <br /> The original plan slid not provide the o' required and so the plan was redone. <br /> The house was moved back and the vegetated area will be 5 o' with 2' to spare <br /> for work around the house. The shape of the house has changed. The work <br /> limit has to go 6 - ' off. It will be conditioned that they have to re e ge tate <br /> back to the o'. It is a Fast septic system. <br />
