Board of Appeals sign off will be provided. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Appeals <br /> information. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:25 JEANNE S. COLLINS to construct 106 feet of vinyl sheet bulkhead t <br /> maintain the existing failing wooden bulkhead and to place 60 e.y. of fill to <br /> the landward side at 242 Monomoseoy Road. Dave Sani ki presenting. <br /> Abutter notification receipts provided. A copy of the old license plan was <br /> provided also. It has been recorded. The existing structure has failed, bowed <br /> out. filings will be put in. Between they will place stone and put a wooden <br /> cap on the top between the new and old. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked that they include a naturally vegetated buffer strip. <br /> That can help with some indigenous vegetation. <br /> Mr. Johansen asked if Board of Appeals is necessary`?
