Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 8:05 ALISON BRESSI for a Determination of Applicability on after-the-fact <br /> cutting of trees and subsequent plantings at 21 Nehoiden Road. Ms Bressi <br /> was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there was cutting in an area that would be hard to <br /> recognize as being under our jurisdiction. Compensatory planting was done <br /> and he recommended negative. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> MINATION, <br /> 8:10 JAY NEEDEL, 111 Amos Landing Road, continued from 4 February <br /> 1999, Chris Costa presenting. Abutter notification receipts were provided. <br /> r <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the plan done was not based on NGVD but has been <br /> redone. The Commission has taken another look at the survey work and the <br /> work limit was moved up. It is now. 21% it was 28'. The plan is acceptable. <br /> Public c m en : none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:15 TE RRY LUFF, 152 Algonquin Ave., continued from 4 March 1999. <br /> Dave Sanihi presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the did not have the 35' buffer. Mike e Ball delineated the <br /> wetland, report provided. There is 35' to the work limit at the closest point. <br /> He went out there with him and he concurs. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> Note: Revision date is 4/2/99. <br />
