Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 8:25 DAVID ANDERSON for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> proposed replacement of an existing patio area and shed with a sunroom and <br /> t decking at 33 Fiddler Crab Lane. Tyler Walker represented Mr. Anderson. <br /> There is no vegetation to be cut. CASEY for a Determination of Applicability on a request to <br /> prune trees and to remove a designated brush pile at 48 Summersea Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised Brian was supposed to cone in to revise the plan but <br /> diel not. He suggested continuing for two weeks. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to findp ositive unless within five days <br /> the applicant agrees to a continuance. Unanimous vote. <br />
