Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED TO 6 MAY 1999 AT 7:30 P,M, <br /> 7:25 KEVIN VAST H RAN to construct a single family dwelling within 199 <br /> feet of the inland bank at 86 Pimlico Pond load. John Slavinsky presented <br /> abutter notification receipts. A section of house and deck is within 50 feet of <br /> the top of the inland bank. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this comes only under the bylaw. He asked what is the <br /> furthest landward extent of which they would be changing contours? Diane <br /> oretos did not think the area was depicted correctly. For the record, is <br /> within the 100' from the top of the inland bank as shown on the plan, are <br /> they showing the correct regrading? Mr. slavinsky stated it is correct, it is <br /> the ' contour. That is the only change they are going to make 'Within the <br /> 100' from the top of the inland bank. Grading changes are reflected <br /> accurately. If it has to change for any construction reason, they will have to <br /> return to the Commission. <br /> IVH Johansen'requested the attestation of ownership form. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated a letter from the owner consenting to the project will be needed. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the driveway is paved? Mr. Slavinsky stated it is but <br /> there is a catch basin in there. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated them will be a pre-work on-site. This is a rare species <br /> area listed on the habitat map that it is hoped to keep intact. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close upon receipt of a letter of consent <br /> from the owner.
