He asked what is the <br /> furthest landward extent of which they would be changing contours? Diane <br /> oretos did not think the area was depicted correctly. For the record, is <br /> within the 100' from the top of the inland bank as shown on the plan, are <br /> they showing the correct regrading? Mr. slavinsky stated it is correct, it is <br /> the ' contour. That is the only change they are going to make 'Within the <br /> 100' from the top of the inland bank. Grading changes are reflected <br /> accurately. If it has to change for any construction reason, they will have to <br /> return to the Commission. <br /> IVH Johansen'requested the attestation of ownership form. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated a letter from the owner consenting to the project will be needed. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if the driveway is paved?
