Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 7:25 MICHAEL MC CITE, 130 wheeler Road, request to amend, continued <br /> from 22 April 1939. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this could be closed pending payment of taxes owed and <br /> receipts for abutter notification. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close ponding verification of payment <br /> of taxes oared and receipt of abutter notification receipts. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7;30 WILLIAM WOOD, 17 Meadowbrook Rd., Continued from 22 April <br /> 1933. John slavinskr met with the Agent at the site. The outside ditch is <br /> the beginning of the rierfront area. The plan shows it moved. They are now <br /> planning for a Micro-Fast system just outside the 100'. The work limit is <br /> redefined. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it could be closed upon verification the limit is met. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 7:35 GERALDINE MC CORMACK for a proposed addition to an existing <br /> douse with associated changes to the deck and landscape at 77 Tide Run <br /> Road. Michael Grotzke presenting. They are adding a garage and expanded <br /> living area and lower deck with Jacuzzi. Mr. Sherman questioned the <br /> location of the Jacuzzi and was told by Mr. Grotzke that it is correct. <br />
