In the performance standards, it is <br /> demanded that tap of bank stakes be numbered and house corners be lettered <br /> so he will know where he is. Additionally, he asked that the house be rove <br /> further back. He cited section C3 of the Nutrient Loading Regulation. He <br /> then read from section 5. He stated it is within the Commission's power to <br /> do all they can to mitigate nitrogen loads even if the septic is out of the 100' <br /> jurisdiction, as it is in this case. He asked the applicant to consider some <br /> means ofreducing the nits.e level by modification f the plan. <br /> 3 June 1999 <br />
