He originally had some clearing done,not realizing 1t was under our jurisdiction,and <br /> agreed to reegetate it. It then failed the perk test. He cannot,therefore,build a house. It would be a place <br /> of access to the water. The lot is less than a half acre. It abuts an Association lot. Tabled to the nett <br /> meeting to give everyone a chance to view the lot before noting at the next meeting, <br /> +7:15 NEW SEABURY PROPERTIES,LLC for a Determination of Applicability on proposals for <br /> planting coastal vegetation at New Scabury Golf Course. Chris King was present representing New <br /> eabur (from the Phoenix Group). <br /> Mr, Sherman stated this has been under discussion for a long time. There has been natural erosion from <br /> the cliff and several Plans have been brought forth. The choice of plantings is appropriate. However, <br /> before proceeding we need a memo regarding your further research on the dwarf locust and honeysuckle <br /> because some of then are invasive.
