(Question as to whether John Fitzsimmons should excuse himself from discussion for conflict of interest—Commissioners.do not believe this is necessary) his is about a 13,000 sq. ft. lot with 170 ft.path going down from Fells Pond Road. Over a period of gears erosion from road runoff and foot traffic on the path has taken its toll. We would life to put in railroad ties or landscaping ties to control the erosion,do planting along the side and keep it as natural as possible. In the end where it goes into the water we would like to put some stairs. We would not be widening the beach. There is a concrete collar coming from the drain out of the road which has Borne loose from the 4 concrete pipe and is of no value. This should be removed by hand(all work will be done by hand). We have a DEP number,all abutters have been notified. The plantings are listed and Diane Boretos has looked over the type of benches that will be put in.
