Michael hael Grotke provided abutter receipts. This was readvertised for an address correction.. It is an expansion of an existing dwelling. It is more than 67' across lawn to the top of the Coastal Bank. It is in the flood plain. There is no expansion of bedrooms. Board of Health required a septic inspection. Mr. Sherman advised the Commission has adopted a policy to see if the building permit states the number of bedrooms. Mr. xrotke stated the plan shoves three bedrooms. one room, while it is not a bedroom, could be interpreted as one. Mr. Green returned to the hearings. Mr. Shaver stated there are additions to existing rooms. Mr. Sherman stated the Commission cannot approve this until the Board of Health floes. There was discussion of the need for denitrification. Mr. Fitzsimmons' stated that does not have anything to do with ghat they are applying for. Public comment: none.
