Ms Fantozzi <br /> stated one is outside the Commission's jurisdiction. Pointing, she stated, this <br /> is a paved approach to the garage and the other is an approach to the douse. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated this would .take down all of the vegetation. They are building a house within a house. <br /> Mr. Sherman question location of the v zone. Mr. Slavinsky stated it makes <br /> no difference, it is not on this property. The landscape plan needs some <br /> correction since they cannot mitigate flow to someone else's property. Mr. <br /> Sherman asked if they could cut down on the size`? <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated the V zone is not on their property and asked what it <br /> has to do with it' Mr. Sherman wanted to be sure. Ms Boretos asked hove <br /> they established it` Did they scale off from the FEMA map` The project <br /> abuts a velocity zone. They aro not shoving hove they arrived at that point. <br /> Applying new guidelines, the velocity zone is probably at the base of the <br /> bank. <br /> Mr. Flanders asked if it can be approv d with a stipulation. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they would be willing to cut back on the patio, from 16' <br /> to 10' with a revised planting plan? Mr. Slavinsky stated it is a grassy area. <br /> Mr. Flanders nders asked for 12'; it is an open Jointed patio. Mr. wirsen stated he <br /> would go with 12' and a mitigative planting plan. It was agreed to settle at <br /> 12'. Mr. Slavinsky will cut back to 12' and will add pants as required by the <br />
