Board of Health <br /> plans not yet approved. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made -and seconded to close pending approval of Board of <br /> Health and Board of Appeals, receipt of new plans cutting the <br /> patio to 12' and an addendum letter stamped by the surveyor <br /> giving distances from the v zone to Mean High Water line. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8:15 FISH HOOK POND, Resource Delineation, continued from 2 <br /> September 1999. Michael Grot ke presenting. Revised plan submitted and <br /> approved depicting the wetland and condition added.that when actual plans <br /> aro submitted for actual work, they will have to do another delineation. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:20 SUSAN FORT, TR., 78 Spoondrift Way, continued from 23 September <br /> 1999. John Slavinsky presenting. This does not need Board of Appeals per <br /> the Building Inspector. <br /> The Chain stated question was raised by the abutter at the last hearing for <br /> the proximity to his well. Mr. Slavinsky stated he went to the Board of <br /> Health and if the abutter wants to admit he is cross-connected, this carries a <br /> penalty of five years in jail and a $15,000 fine. Mr. Sherman stated it is not a <br /> drinking water well and they are hooked to town water. A letter submitted <br /> by the abutter was reviewed. It stated this is an illegal application. <br /> Information was provided to the Building Inspector. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the abutter, Kevin Darrington, had received a response <br /> from the Building Inspector. lir. Harrington had not. <br /> Mr. sla.vinsk r stated the lots were never divided. Mr. Sherman suggested <br /> they defer for two weeks for the Building Inspector's opinion. <br />
