Atty. Dan <br /> Creeden was present with John Ku hin ky. Mr. Fitzsimmons ons asked if there <br /> were any objections to his sitting for this hearing? There were none. <br /> Concerning the request to amend, Atty. Creeden -advised they requested a <br /> continuance to address issues. They have come together with the owner of <br /> the adjacent property. They have located the drainage pipe to be removed on <br /> the plan. They have delineated the area to be disturbed in the removal and <br /> hove it will be stabilized. They will vegetate with plantings. In between will <br /> be native grass seed mix. <br /> Mr. Sherman was satisfied with the planting plan. <br /> Public comment: none. <br />
