2 December 1399 <br /> Page 11. <br /> Greg Taylor, design engineer, advised they meet FENIA requirements; they <br /> are hung from above, not attached to the base. They rest on '-' masonry <br /> blocks. There is no tie between the block and slab. He requested the <br /> hearing be closed tonight. They still have to go to Board.of App e als. <br /> Mr. Hayes asked the Commission to close pending Board of Appeals action on <br /> the 9th. Mr. Taylor stated Board of Appeals will not bear them until the <br /> Commission acts. Mr. Hayes stated he will provide a stamped copy of the <br /> plan. <br /> Public comment; Bill-Sterling asked if the panels break away then flow with <br /> the water? Mr. Taylor stated yes. Mr. Sterling asked if this would cause <br /> damage surrounding houses? Mr. Ta yl r stated tie ile with b a a ra <br /> panels would support the garage. The panels could be tied to the house.. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the Commission wanted ars opinion for CZM <br /> Michelle Sterling expressed the same concerns. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it has been established it is in a velocity zone. Mr. Hayes advised they have <br /> adhered to state standards. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant-to 16 December 1999 at 8:1 p.m. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 8:15 COTUIT GOLF DEVELOPMENT ENT Co., Resource Delineation., <br /> continued from 12 August 1339. Robert Gray was present with Sam Jensen. <br /> Abutters have been notified. There is no plan for work at this time. There <br /> will be a Notice of Intent filed which will require renotification of all parties <br /> concerned. Planning Boards and Board of Health of both town will be <br /> reviewing the project and it will be reviewed by the Cape Cod Commission, It <br /> is currently being reviewed by M PA. The plan was reviewed. <br /> Mr. Gray stated there has been no attempt to hide any wetlands. He asked <br /> for closure. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he and Ms Boretos walked the wetland delineations <br /> with Mr. Gray and concur.
