Sherman inquired if the septic system inspection has <br /> been completed as required by notice from the Board of Health, <br /> dated January 25th. Mr. Paltsios replied, "Noll . Ike stated the <br /> property had been inspected when the purchase was rade <br /> approximately four 4 years ago. Mr. Sherman informed hien that <br /> n issue could not be granted until and unless Applicant complies <br /> with said notice of inspection. <br /> There being no public comment or any further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion be made. <br /> MOTION: George Green made a Motion for a negative <br /> determination in this ratter pending the inclusion of roof <br /> drains, additional language regarding inspection of number o <br /> bedrooms, and compliance with Board of Health inspection; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :25-Peter Moran, to repair a 100 ft, by 30 ft. failed <br /> section of an existing grouted seawall at 7Triton Way, <br /> Assessor' s Map 132, Block 5 . The Chairman called this utter to <br /> order and recognized Norman Mayes, representing Peter Moran. <br /> Mr. Moran .informed the Commission that the project has not <br /> been issued a DEP file number, in which case a continuation of <br /> this smatter will be necessary. <br /> Mr. Moran explained there exists a grouted wall which has <br /> collapsed as he was making references to a drawing. He further <br /> explained the wall had been designed In 1974, and has been <br /> repaired a number of times. He described the situation to be <br /> "serious" . He informed the Commission a MEPs site visit has been <br /> scheduled for the "7th" . Be produced a 1991 plan which is <br /> expected to be approved. <br /> Mr. Doran further informed the Commission that Applicant is <br /> currently seeking permission for a repair, but that at some point <br /> in time in may be deemed necessary to reopen the matter in order <br /> to request the entire wall be removed and rebuilt. <br /> Mr. Sherman clarified that should the repair prove to be <br /> beyond the scope of an amended order, it will be necessary for <br /> Applicant to refile and apply for a new DEP number as well . <br /> Mr. Sherman also requested a meeting to determine the beach <br /> nourishment program be arranged prior to the date of continuance. <br /> There being no public comment or further~ Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion for continuance be <br /> made. <br /> -6- <br />
