MO'T'ION:_ Ralph Shaw made a lotion to continue this matter to <br /> February 17, 2000 at : 10 p.m. per request of the Applicant <br /> which lotion was seconded by George Green and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7:30-Dean Paskos, 15 Sextant Circle, a continuance from <br /> January 6, 2000, and RDA-The Chairman called this ratter to order <br /> and recognized Diane Boretos , <br /> #s. Boretos explained this pertains to a septic system of <br /> leaching pit which was installed in the fall, prior to the sale <br /> of the house. A certificate of compliance was requested, at <br /> which time she discovered some cutting adjacent to the wetland <br /> had been done, as well as the construction of a deck which was <br /> not a part of the original filing, and out of compliance with the <br /> order of conditions. At the time of the closing of the sale of <br /> the property, monies were put aside for the completion of <br /> restoration work within the buffer zone; however said restoration <br /> work has yet to be done. <br /> Nis. Boretos recommended approval as a negative determination <br /> with regard to the septic, and issuance of an enforcement order <br /> with regard to the restoration of the naturally vegetated buffer <br /> zone, as well as a revised plan indicating the deck construction. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: George Green made a Motion to approve a negative <br /> determination on the septic sy tem; which motion was seconded by <br /> Greg Wirsen and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION-- George Green made a Motion to issue an enforcement <br /> order pertaining to the cutting of the NVB ; which lotion was <br /> seconded by Greg Wirsen and so voted unanimously. <br /> (It was determined that the requirement for a revised plan <br /> showing the location/existence of the new deck be incorporated <br /> into the enforcement order. ) <br /> 7: 35-Ronald . l ycoc , for the construction- of two <br /> commercial buildings, one retail and one office space, a Title v <br /> septic system and a parking lot at 17 and 23 Simons Road, as <br /> shown on Assessor' s Neap 54, Block 76 . The Chairman called this <br /> matter to order and recognized David sanic i, Cape and Islands <br /> Engineering, representing Mr. Mycoc . <br /> References were being made to Plan No. 060399, Proposed <br /> Retail and office Buildings, Nor. Sanicki explained a thirty two <br /> hundred square foot office space and a thirty four hundred and <br /> ninety square foot retail space in two separate buildings is <br /> being proposed by the Applicant. He indicated the parking area <br /> and drainage locations on the plan. <br /> -7- <br />
