The Chairman recognized Dean Creedon who stated the <br /> Applicant has expressed a desire to rectify the outstanding tam <br /> issue by the following week. Mr. Sherman again suggested the <br /> matter be continued for a two-week period. <br /> There being no further Con fission discussion or public <br /> input, the Chairman entertained a motion. i <br /> MOTIONI, George Green rade a lotion to continue the matter <br /> at the request of the Applicant to March 30th at 8: 50 p.m.. ; which <br /> motion was seconded by Ralph and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:40 Stephen L. Silva - To remove the existing remains of a <br /> fire destroyed dwelling and construct a new dwelling with <br /> appurtenant utilities at 10Ti berlane Drive, Assessor' s Map 22, <br /> Block 22 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Stephen Doyle, representing the <br /> Applicant, mr.. Silva. He presented a Site Plan of Land, stating <br /> the .parcel in question is #22, located off Timberlane Drive, a <br /> 16, 000 square foot lot. References were being made to the area <br /> of the fire destroyed dwelling/debris. <br /> Mr. Doyle explained the proposed project is to construct a <br /> 38 x 24 two-story dwelling, a 50 ft. buffer from the B "w., a <br /> public hearing has been scheduled with the Board of Appeals <br /> requesting a 23 ft. set back from the street line. A variance <br /> has' been granted from the ,Board of Health which will allow for a <br /> soil absorption system. A tank located -underneath the driveway <br /> area will lead to the pump chamber at the leaching area, a <br /> concrete wail is being proposed to dant the system. <br /> Mr. Doyle noted the location of the on-site well, the <br /> proposed well, nearby vegetated lots, the beach area, and the <br /> gravel road leading to the boat ramp. He stated the driveway <br /> will be designed around the large triple oak tree, there will <br /> be drywells in each corner. He made reference to the deck area, <br /> the walkway beyond the deck leading to another walkway to the <br /> existing timber stairway which leads to Santui.t Pond. Part of <br /> the proposal is to reconstruct that portion of the timber <br /> stairway. <br /> George Green inquired as to the drivewayo, n truction, to <br /> which Mr. Doyle replied the driveway would be asphalt. <br /> John Johansen inquired as to the correct name of the <br /> owner/Applicant as he has information in the name of "Smith" . <br /> Mr. Doyle replied, a no longer owns it. " it was determined <br /> that this property had been purchased at auction and that the <br /> Treasurer' s office has not yet changed their records. <br /> Diane Boretos commented how pleasing it is for her to see <br /> proposal being made for a dwelling appropriate for the size of <br />
