Peter Fletcher did some soil tests at this site. <br /> Ms Boretos stated there is a question as to whether the perc test is valid. Anthony <br /> Ferragamo was present for Mr. Herman. A negative determination was <br /> received in 1996 to convert a screened porch into living room. The work is <br /> substantially completed, except for the deck. This Request is to replace the <br /> deck and put in a brick patio in the front. <br /> Ms Boretos suggested, for habitat, to introduce some red cedar, swamp <br /> maple, etc. Mr. Ferragamo would propose taking out the lawn area and <br /> putting in junipers.
