Extension Order has been approved by the Commission, however <br /> release is being withheld pending receipt/filing f an amended <br /> order for work done beyond the scope of the original permit. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw rude a Motion to withhold release of the <br /> signed Extension Order~ until such time as an amended Work Order <br /> has been filed; which Motion was seconded by Greg wirsen and so <br /> noted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 10 Prime Homes, 12 wintergreen Road, Continued from March <br /> 30th, Notice of Intent. <br /> Diane Boretos reported that Applicant has requested a <br /> continuance to May 25th at 7 :25 p.m. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carol Moore rade a Motion to continue this' neat t er, <br /> at the Applicant ' s request, to May 25, 2000 at 7:25 p.m. and to <br /> impose a Continuance Fee in the amount Of Thirty ($30 . 00) <br /> Dollars; which Motion was seconded by Greg Wirsen and so votied <br /> unanimously. <br /> . CCC Hearings-Mr. Sherman reported the Talanian Hearing <br /> has been scheduled for May 11, 2000 at 7 : 00 p.m. e further <br /> reported that Villowbend Golf Course has withdrawn their request <br /> for a wolf course in favor of constructing fifty-seven 7 <br /> houses. <br /> 7: 15 Lisa Burgess-Determination of Applicability on the <br /> proposed placement of an 81 x 121 pre-built wood shed at 35 <br /> Meadowbrook Road, Assessors Map 108, Block 9 , an RDA. <br /> The Chairman recognized Leo McCabe, 29 Meadowbrook Read, <br /> Applicant' s neighbor and representative. Mr. McCabe stated <br /> Applicant' s desire to construct the wood shed on her property, <br /> and to page the driveway with concrete. <br /> Mr. McCabe was instructed to inform Applicant of the <br /> necessity to reapply for the driveway issue, at which time a <br /> hearing would be scheduled. <br /> .ane Boretos reported the proposed location of the shed <br /> would be towards the rear of the property near the natural <br /> vegetated buffer which had been cleared by a previous owner. She <br /> reconmended a Negative-2 determination. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion for Negative <br /> -4- <br />
