k <br /> References were being made to the plan and there was some <br /> discussion regarding the location of the coastal bank and buffer <br /> zone. <br /> Diane Boretos clarified there are currently four ( <br /> bedrooms in the existing dwelling, and that there will be no <br /> addition of bedrooms. <br /> Applicant stated that one of the existing bedrooms will be <br /> modified and eliminated as such, pending Board of Health and <br /> Conservation commission approval . <br /> Ms. Boretos requested additional detail on the restoration <br /> of the stairway. He noted the top of inland <br /> bank has also been delineated. The proposed project is a house, <br /> septic system, driveway, and landscaping. laying references to <br /> the plan he pointed out those existing trees which are not going <br /> to be disturbed. Data forms have been prepared which <br /> characterize the wetland and upland areas . <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested Applicant address the aesthetic issue <br /> of where the slope abuts the neighboring property. He also <br /> suggested Applicant consider relocating the house back <br /> approximately five to ten feet away from the band.; and the wort <br /> limit be brought in closer. <br /> -13- <br />
