Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 7:30 CHRISTINE MADSEN to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43- <br /> 1740 to permit a bench on the dock, after the fact and change of float surface <br /> at 60 Amy Brown Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised when the work was deme, the builder added a bench. <br /> This can be accepted. It can be conditioned that any Beat needs approval of <br /> the Commission. The hearing can be clued pending submission of a plan <br /> showing it is to standards and the 10A float is not ander our jurisdiction. <br /> Public comment: mono. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to receipt ofa plan <br /> showing a description of the float. Unanimous Note. <br /> CLOSED PENDING& <br /> 7:35 NEW SEABURY PROPERTIES LLC 98-1 for the continuation of the <br /> New Seabur r Beach Nourishment Program along Nantucket Sound in New <br /> Seabury above Mean High water (6,150 linear feet) consistent with the <br /> program outlined and implemented under DEP file #SE 3-1260. Two <br /> profiles to the north will have to be reviewed. Mr. and Mrs. Liatsos were <br /> introduced. The Certificate of Compliance will detail responsibility of each <br /> and every profile. New Seabury is only responsible for six profiles, starting <br /> with #8. There is ten years of data Here. Number 14 is Deans Pond access. <br /> Mr. Hayes asked for a month continuance to do this. He is going to arrange a <br /> meeting with Diane Boretos in the fall. Everyone but Peter Moran is current <br /> on nourishment. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 20 July 2000 <br /> At 7:20 p.m. at the request of the applicant.
