Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT T ACCEPTED. <br /> 7:25 STEVEN C. BELL to construct and maintain a walkway, pier, ramp and float along the <br /> shore of Popponesset Creek at 45 Popponesset Island Road. John Slavinsky provided abutter <br /> notification receipts. He advised the Harbormaster objects to the size of the float and suggested <br /> cutting it hack to 10 x 6. They propose to use fiberglass grating for light penetration. They are <br /> proposing steps for access at Mean High Nater. He stated they could live with the smaller float. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested turning the dock around. Mr. Slavinsky stated they do not have the <br /> depth <br /> Ms Boretos stated there are concerns about the depth of water. The BVW alteration needs to be <br /> calculated. She recommended this be conditioned as a dinghy dock. <br /> VOTE: Motion trade and seconded to continue the hearing to 19 October 2000 at 7:40 p.m. at <br /> the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:30 WILLIAM H. MC L TCHY Jit. to elevate an existing dwelling, remove concrete block <br /> foundation and install a poured concrete foundation at 63 Riverside Road. Dave Sanicki <br /> presenting. This is an existing old cottage on Seconset Island on blocks with a dirt floor. They <br /> would like to make it gear-round. They are not changing the number of bedrooms and the septic <br /> is existing. <br /> Mr.Sherman react from Board of Health comments that if the foundation creates additional living <br /> space, the septic system trust be inspected and upgraded if non-compliant. Mr. Sanicki stated <br /> no change is proposed. He will ask Mr.lcLatchy to write a letter of intent. <br /> Mr.Johansen stated the attestation of ownership is missing. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close with the conditions stated by the Agent. <br /> Unanimous dote. <br /> HEARING ING CLOSED. <br /> i <br /> 7:35 FRED LUC NI to remove nuisance vegetation on a coastal bank and replant with <br /> indigenous species at 116 Popponesset Island Road. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 19 October 2000 at 7:45 p.m. at <br /> the request of the applicant.
