mr. Sherman then asked about construction impacts and <br /> planting of the area which will be disturbed during construction. <br /> Mr. Hayes explained that as the wall is constructed., he will <br /> hydroeed the area. If it is determined that a fiber net/straw <br /> is required to prevent erosion, the practice will be implemented <br /> immediately. The proposed landscaping plan will consist of <br /> indigenous shrubs. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested a to scale landscape plan be provided <br /> to the Commission prior to construction; to which Mr. Hayes <br /> agreed. <br /> Ir. Hayes stated there is to be a fence installed inside the <br /> wall, as a safety measure, and which will be aesthetically <br /> pleasing. <br /> The Chairman recognized a member of the public who asked how <br /> it had been determined to construct 'the proposed bike path on the <br /> opposite side of the road from the High School . <br /> Nor.
