Genevieve Lands informed the Commission that some years ago <br /> hunting had been allowed on Moniomoscoy. At one point a hunter <br /> shot a swan in front of her property resulting in his arrest, as <br /> well as heightened concerns for the safety of property owners . <br /> The neighbors united to have hunting banned from the area.
