The original development of the area/street drains are <br /> causing/contributing to the erosion impacts. Applicant has filed <br /> an RDA. The DPW Director has determined a combination of using <br /> stone in the erosion areas and cleaning the road drains should <br /> remedy the situation. He recommended a Negative Determination, <br /> stating the current owner inherited the situation. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a Motion for a Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> (Mr. Sherman agreed to speak with the Health Agent regarding <br /> any possible Board of Health issues/concerns . ) <br /> 5 .
