Thomas to construct a building, including <br /> parking, septic, drainage and associated utilities at 1 <br /> Sampson' s Mill Road, Assessors Map 62, Blocks 247 and 248 . NOI <br /> The Chairman recognized John Holmgren, Baxter & Nye, <br /> representing the Applicant, who stated the project is located at <br /> the intersection of Sampson' s Mill road and Route 28 . <br /> The proposal is to construct an office building, parking <br /> lot, and septic system. The project is located outside of the <br /> fifty foot buffer zone; and the septic system outside of the <br /> one hundred foot buffer zone. <br /> References were made to the plan, as well as a description <br /> of the drainage system design. <br /> The reason this ratter had been continued was due t <br /> misadverti e tent of the map and Block, as determined by the <br /> Assistant Conservation Agent. <br /> .t this point references were being made to the Landscaping <br /> Plan. The Assistant Conservation Agent having suggested <br /> plantings consist of all native species within the one hundred <br /> foot buffer zone. The planting list has been revised to <br /> incorporate MS. Boretos , suggestions. Also being proposed is the <br /> plantings of grass/seed mixtures. <br /> Diane Boretos expressed her sadness at the elimination of <br /> habitat located at the Quaker Run cross bottom system. However, <br /> the proposed project meets performance standards. she <br /> r'e onmended approval,, acknowledging the fact Applicant has made a <br /> good faith effort (respecting the fifty foot buffer, containing <br /> storm water on site, and the planting of native species) . <br /> There being no further Conunission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> . _ <br />
